Third Planning Meeting
Please
know all classmates are invited to attend our meetings.
Our class reunion meeting starts with eating great food and visiting with
our old and new found friends.
Saturday
Program/Entertainment Jo Russell
Jo
reported that Dick Manley who chaired the 50th reunion program has
agreed to chair the 55th Class Reunion program.
She plans to contact Jack Higgins, Gretchen Hotz, and Paul Edwards to ask
them to take part in the program. A
Comedy Fashion Show could be worked in if we have approximately 18 classmates
who would volunteer to be in the show. Anyone
who would be interested should call Aline Wisher at 918-366-0933 or e-mail her
at alinewisher@olp.net.
Jo suggested we put together a Power Point presentation of all the
previous class reunions. Several
more ideas and suggestions were discussed.
Communications
Carolyn McGee
Carolyn
received several completed e-mail forms that had been e-mailed last month. The
forms were used for planning purposes. The
results showed fifty classmates who would attend, and eleven who would need
hotels. The results are looking very
good. It was decided that forms
would be mailed out to all the remaining classmates who do not have e-mail
addresses. We also discussed calling
all the
Decorations
White
tablecloths, with red/white balloons were discussed for the decorations.
A committee will be needed for this job as well.

Hotel
Dick Gable - Hyatt Southern
Hills,
Dick
reported the block of rooms reserved at the hotel were 35 doubles and 15
singles.
Golf
Tournament - Fred Boyd
Fred
was unable to attend meeting but we will report on the Golf Tournament in the
next meeting.

For
those who like to dance, we have provided music and dance floor.
For
those who want to visit we have a room for visiting.
For
those who want to play pool, watch television, shuffleboard, a tournament could
be set up for that activity.

will be Coffee, Tea, and a Soft Drink bar

We
would like to keep the cost to $56.00 per person; taking in consideration we may
have some donation from some of our generous classmates
