Fourth Planning Meeting
Communications
A
discussion regarding classmates who have e-mail addresses, and the best method
of mailing reservations forms inviting classmates to the reunion.
Aline stated that we would be using address labels from the class data
base. Jo Russell thought it would be
a good idea to create a newsletter to send along with the invitations.
A suggestion was made that we ask Dick Manley to write our newsletter.
The committee would provide information he may need to complete this
project and hopefully have a draft approved in time for us to mail in February,
2011. Jo will contact Dick to see if
we could count on him to help on this project.
Golf
Tournament - Fred Boyd
Fred
stated he would need 24 golf reservations in order to set up the golf
tournament, and will be required to put up a $250.00 deposit.
More information from classmates must be received before the plan will go
forward.
Entertainment – Jo Russell
Jo
is in the process of planning the entertainment, and reported that Dick Manley
will MC. She had been in contact
with Paul Edwards and will include him in the program.
Jo reviewed the pictures of the Comedy Fashion Show and a discussion took
place as to who our volunteer models would be.
Aline stated that first one to volunteer was Diane Martin Mounts,
Jacqueline Wilson, and Sue Bertrem. We need approximately 15 more people to
participate. Anyone wishing to take
part in the entertainment should call Aline Wisher 918-366-0933.

meeting was held on the premise of the

was decided that there would be no meeting scheduled for November and December
because of the holidays. Classmates
will be notified of the next meeting in January.
Everyone
was treated to Root Beer Floats and the meeting was closed.
