Allen Keenan met with Bill Welch class of ’52 and he said at their reunion they spent $47,000.00--$30,000.00 on the hotel.  Twenty one of their classmates donated money toward reunion costs.  He also said that they had a party at Cain’s Ballroom, catering by Elmer’s BBQ, they invited classes before them and the class after them.  They also invited people from Rogers. Tulsa Public School buses were used to shuttle people.  They had golf – music by Sonny Gray – a Sunday brunch with Dixieland band.  He noted that the Daze was too long – they also had tennis.  A luncheon for junior high schools groups. They had greeters from all groups. They sold calendars, key chains, etc. The ’52 REUNION ended up costing each person $52.50 all inclusive.

We have $12,000.00 to start with.  Dates suggested were Sept. 28, 29, & 30th (tentatively) 2006.

Allen has talked with Billy Teale, Richard Minshall and Sally Howard Minshall they said they would be willing  to help with the reunion. It was suggested Lee Gideon be on the board. Dotty Westby and Dick Rapier are working on E-mail with up-dates, etc.
